I could read this every day. This book made me laugh and I could use a laugh each day.

It is amazing how such a simple message can be so powerful.  I have heard many speakers describe techniques for managing stress, and discuss the science of stress.  But frequently the information can become overwhelming, and leave the participants feeling a sense of guilt or pressure to drastically alter their familiar routines of their lives. After The Power of Hope, the attendees left feeling uplifted and confident in their abilities to make gradual changes in their lives by making simple changes in attitude and gaining a new perspective.
