Tough times…
The thing about tough times is that we all have them! You are not alone. Remember:
- YOU ARE TOUGHER than any tough times…
- The tough times will pass…
- You will be stronger as a result of getting through them!

Look for a family member or a friend, a coach or a teacher – someone that you trust… keep on looking and talking until you feel better.
